Do I have to do all the Back You You exercises?

It’s your choice whether or not to do all the exercises, of course. For optimal recovery, we recommend completing all exercises three days a week. Should you should skip some exercises, this could potentially interfere with the exercises in the next block and your recovery could be slower or not complete.
